How add "Horizontal scrolling announcement" for role contributor

    I believe the plugin “Horizontal Scrolling Announcement” has the access Capability that Contributor Role does not have. You can check what capability is assigned to this plugin and add it to your Contributor Role.
    You can contact the plugin author to find out it or check the PHP code.

    I have tried several times to contact the author but I never received a reply …

    I was hoping to solve by adding the ability

    I need news scrolling for contributors
