How are plug-in search results ordered?

  • How does www.ads-software.com order the search results when you search for a plug-in by keyword?

    Clearly it is not any of the sequences that other, similar websites use: number of downloads, number of ratings, average rating, last updated, or alphabetical.

    Also *why* isn’t there a choice of sorting? I mean what’s the advantage of not having the list be sortable?
