How bad can support get for this good plugin

  • Well i must say that i am disappointed after downloading installing and enjoying the sabai directory plugin. Everything came to screeching halt when i had to ask a question regarding built in features that are not working as expected. Left several question at the the code canyon forum.

    I will be more than happy to provide an update when someone actually answers my question at the forum. I can be found under the member name boyakaa.

    Three questions none answered so far, been more than three days!
    Great plugin very very very very very bad support!

  • I can understand your frustration, but if you have a problem with a plugin downloaded from CodeCanyon you should contact the author of the plugin or CodeCanyon directly. These forums are for plugins and themes downloaded from www.ads-software.com only.
