How best to add email link or contact form in 3.1.2

    I was just going to add an email link but the advice is not to because of spam. However I can’t tell which plugin works with my WP v 3.1.2 and I’ve had problems with plugins messing things up before.
    The email is just an enquiries address, not sure spammers would be that interested?

    Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
