    Hello, I would like to know how can a user edit an existing post from the frontend???

    Sorry but it’s not a current feature of the plugin. USP focuses on submitting posts/pages, and leaves other types of functionality (like editing) to other, dedicated plugins.

    Can you suggest me a plugin for editing, which is compatible with USP?

    I don’t really keep track, but USP is compatible with any WP plugin that is written via the WP API. So any editing plugin that works for normal posts also is going to work with USP submitted posts.
