How can I adapt user role needed for editing snippets?

Currently the plugin presents editors with a view of available snippets. That’s based on a previous request. I’m open to discuss how to handle different roles though.

In that case I’d like to suggest a selectable user-role in plugin settings. Of course this setting would only be available to admins. Reasoning behind this would be that snippets (can) contain content, and conten should be editable by editors. Thanks for considering this.

What capabilities do I have to give an editor to be able to create their own rules?

There are fantastic plugins like the user role editor but i don’t have a clue about the available capabilities so I could setup the editor role right.
