Hello, I’m using Woocommerce Appointments to let my clients book appointments. However, I provide online appointments, so I want to give the clients a zoom link. Since there are more than one staff member providing appointments, we have more than one zoom link. I want to be able to manually add a zoom link to the appointment of each user, and the user should be able to see the link in the dashboard. Is this doable? I believe it’s simple but I can’t find a way to do it.

Also, it doesn’t have to be related to zoom, all I need is a text field that I can edit for each appointment, and paste the link there.

    Image explaining what I need.

    Hi there ??

It sounds like this issue is directly related to the WooCommerce Appointments plugin.

So in this case, I would like to recommend you to contact the WooCommerce Appointments support team so that they can help you with this issue.

Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).

    I hope this helps. ??
