how can i add a theme to free wp?

The free accounts provided by wordpress.com don’t allow additional theme installation. You are restricted to the themes they make available for you.

Just select the theme from WordPress official site: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/

and download it. Goto your Dashboard->Appearance->Themes. Then click on Add New and upload the selected theme’s zip folder.

Agree with @jan Dembowski, you can apply theme only when you are using www.ads-software.com. Sorry i missed it.
