• I would like to be able to choose from these common fonts:
    Arial
    Calibri
    Helvetica
    Verdana
    Courier
    Georgia
    Palatino
    Times New Roman`

but none of them are available when I go to customize Fonts. The font I’m using, Open Sans, apparently slows down my mobile pages because it’s not on everyone’s mobile phone…

How can I add the listed fonts?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @considerthis1,

Unfortunately, there is no user-friendly way to do this via customizer.

As a workaround, you can override the Google Fonts via custom CSS code, though this may take a while and could require lots of CSS code to cover all sections of your website.

That being said, I opened a feature request so developers could consider implementing this functionality in the Primer theme. You can follow the progress on the link below:

    Cheers,
    Andrija
