How can I add margin to my primary nav in my blog pages, but not my main pages?

    Hi everyone,
    Please can you help me with this seemingly basic problem?
    How can I add a margin to my primary nav in my blog pages, but not my main site pages?

    I’ve included a link to my test site page in question, which is built in Canvas. I just want to add some space between the nav and the main title.
    I’m guessing css.
