I hope you are doing well today!
With the current Appointments version, the plugin can:
-Send Confirmation email to a user
-Send Reminder email to the Provider
-Send Reminder email to the User
-Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required
You can set up these settings in the Appointments > Settings > General tab > Notification Settings section
As a Service Provider you can receive one Reminder email before the appointment.

I’m afraid there is no other option, out of the box, to add another email address.
