How can I add my themes to WordPress Themes Gallery?

    Hey all,
    I’m beginner in WordPress and I have some questions about themes/templates.

    FIRST
    I have created a new theme and I want to give it to all WordPress members how can I add it to www.ads-software.com/themes?

    SECOND
    I’ve downloaded a template from www.ads-software.com/themes and I edited it to be totally different. Can I re-add it to www.ads-software.com/themes as a template created by me?
