  • Hey @wasiwarez,

You can ask to get approved to translate a particular language for your plugin from here: https://make.www.ads-software.com/polyglots/

Only PTEs & GTEs of the language can approve the translations of that language. Hope it helps. ??

    Hi,

ok, that I understand. But I′m the developer of the plugin. It has to be possible for me to translate it myself. I′m German myself and I created the plugin in English to be sure, everyone understands. But of course I′m capable of translating my strings into my mother language. ??
If I suggest a translation myself, how long will it take to get approved? Do I have to do anything else? Or just suggest?

@wasiwarez There are hundreds of languages and WordPress can’t know if someone is good at translating one language or another. And approval time depends on how long before volunteers reach to it, which can take days or months.

If you’re a German speaker, you can request to be added as a langauge editor of your plugin and approve them instantly. ??

OK, thank you. I′ll do that.

    Thanks for your help, guys.

Can someone also help me with my translation on my website here: Royal Stone ?

    Hey @royalstone,

www.ads-software.com forums aren’t for asking someone to translate your plugin but to ask help for some issues with your website. Please try some translating service instead.

Also, if you have any issues with your website, please create a new thread. Thank you!
