How can I add permission to this block

Hiya,

in short, I am using custom code to give permission to my users to use particular blocks, eg to give permission for my users to use the “Heading” block from Gutenburg I use

'core/heading', // Heading Block

and I continue the list.
How do I add this Accordion block? What is the code for it?
