How can i add the parent page and all its children on the side…

  • I have a small site with a few pages (Home , About Us, Gallery, Contact

    The about us has subpages called (who we are, what we do)

    I want it so when im at the About Us page to show on the right side

    About Us
    Who We are
    What we do

    so basically i want it to show the current page your on and all its children on the right hand side. but NOT the rest of the pages of the entire site
