Try this CSS

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .top-menu .menu-header span {
        display: none;
    }

    .top-menu .menu-header span.icon-bar {
        display: block;
    }
}

Copy & Paste it in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

The CSS above will hide the text MENU so that it can have space to align in a row
