How can I adjust the height of a slide show

Hi, there’s something wrong with the first slide, I think it might be missing the image? It is missing in the slideshow and is squishing the slideshow. Try re-adding the first slide.

I am adding a new slide show. It’s the second one I’ve done, the first one worked out fine. This one I can’t seem to adjust the height. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Is the first image you’re loading of the exact size you’re looking for? Somehow the first image in my slide show was corrupted and the result is that the slide show never resolved correctly.

The slideshow is 800×700, but the slides are 940×200, it looks like there were uploaded before the current slideshow dimensions were set. If you re-upload the slide images they should be sized correctly.

I love this plugin. It’s so easy to set up and looks very nice on my site. The size of the slideshow is set for 800×800, but I added a few more slides and they aren’t coming out to be the right size. One’s too narrow and the other’s too long. What am I doing wrong?

@reliablecyber Thanks, I think those slides were the wrong size when they were uploaded, try cropping them to 800×800 in an image editor before uploading them and see how that looks.

My other photos are each different sizes but they all resolve to 800 x 800 because of the settings in meteor slides. When I inspected with firebug, the code for meteor-slides says that the height and margin are auto. I still don’t get what I’m doing wrong.

Hi guys I’m having trouble with sizing. I set the “Comfigure Slideshw” to the correct size 755×503 and specified in the shortcode the right metadata but the slideshow is cropped and the wronf size….

Inspecting the page in Chrome it looks like its pulling a 755×200 version of the image instead of the full size image.
