How can i arrange profiles?

  • Hello! I have just installed wordpress, but i miss a function.

    I want to be able to watch the profiles to the users without be logged in. For example,

    “Published in the category “about me” by “the name of the author”

    I want to be able to press a link over “the name of the author” that will forward me to the profile of “the name of the author”. Is there a plug-in that can arrange this for me? How do i do it?
