How can I assign a purchase to user manually?

Hi. I have another question and have searched a lot for but I couldn’t find the solution:
when a user purchase a product, that product will be shown in purchased history then that user can download that. but suppose we need to assign a product to a user manually in Back End (because we want to give him a reward, for example). How can assign a product to that user manually in Back End? I’m seeking but not found anything for that!!!
