How can i CANCEL the function “comments moderation”??

    HELLO!
    Would someone tell me how to cancel the function ” comments moderation”??
    When someone post a new topic in my WordPress , system would mail me to approve that comment!
    I have tried to login as administrator to post a new comment but system still notice me to approval the comment that i posted!!!
    Please someone could tell me how to cancel the function??

    When I start to use a new software I always go through every admin panel to be familiar with my options…
    Go Options > Discussion and check/uncheck the boxes as you need.

    Thanks for your reply!!
    I found the reason why the function can`t be disable!!
    Because i have not setting the number of links that will be blocked,so even i have uncheck the boxes, the system still sending mails to notice me to approval the comments!!
