    There have been many threads posted on this issue.
    Most of the threads are covering topics in this guideline.

    As theme structures differ between different themes, you’ll have to explore your HTML & CSS structure yourself. To make it easier on yourself, try using a browser developer tool like Google Chrome’s built-in Developer Tool.

    I know how to center specific items on a page, which is what the guideline you linked shows. I’m just concerned about centering the whole thing. I tried checking through the css file but I’m not good with css so I don’t know what each thing does.

    Theme is called CoolRetro if anyone can offer any other assistance.

    Ah wait, I at least figured out how to move everything over, but they rigged up the image to use the background form the page so they it looks wacky when the body moves over but the background doesn’t as it doesn’t line up. hmm.

    Ah well.
