how can I change the dimensions of the featured image?

  • I am working from a itek child theme at this url: https://www.ecotestclient.com

    I have read all the support posts related to featured images and just don’t know how to configure, adjust, change the size of the featured image. I will have people not knowledgeable to wordpress submitting featured image pictures and so I need to make this as simple as possible.

    Is there a way to accomplish this with the image sizes in settings? They are currently set at: thumbnail 150×150, medium 300×300, and large 1024×1024

    I have installed “my custom css” plugin to make those kinds of changes.
