How can I change the “Origin address “name?””

    I can manually change it from “william” to CyberWonka.com with each label but it gets annoying. Where is it pulling “william” from?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    From my understanding, the name used on the label is based off of the Cardholder settings associated with your WordPress.com account: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    You’d ideally have to tweak these settings to adjust the default.

    If so, that didnt work if I tried to print another label from a previous order. If it will only work on new labels, I will have to wait until I get a new order. Its not a popular website so it might be awhile.

    That works when printing labels for the first time. When new orders come in, the name that is pre-filled will be the one that was used to print the last label.
