How can I change the text description under the front featured image

Sorry, it’s me again, posting another question up here.

My website is lighthousepsych.com, as you can see the three font featured images in my homepage has their own text descriptions (which are the first few sentences inside the page) above the “read more” tag. May I ask how can I edit the text instead of showing the first few sentences of the first page?

For instance,
under the About, instead of “Lighthouse – a symbol of hope, guidance, and vision in a world of risk…”, I was trying to change it to “Find out more about the story of Lighthouse”.

Does anyone of you experience this before? Looking forward to your reply, thank you
