How can I change the time & date placement on posts?

  • I took a picture and edited it on paint to show you what I want to do…

    Right now, my posts look like the top image.

    I want them to look like the bottom image.
    I want the time & date to display as: 18th August, 2012 UNDERNEATH the ‘text’.

    Because right now, the time/date/posted by admin appears above the post which I find a bit illogical.

    Any help would be appreciated,
