How can I check it’s working or how it looks?

    Hi,

    How can I check it’s working and that the coupon shows correctly on the Thank You page and how does it look on my actual Thank You page?

    Can you please give me a url example or any other way to actually “see” the Thank You page with the coupon on it?

    Hi,

    I checked and it’s not working on Woo 5.8.1 the coupon is not being created/generated, that’s why it’s not showing on thank you page (obviously). The coupon doesn’t exist on coupons list.

    Any fix please?

    Hi,
    I have just tested on WordPress 5.8.1 and WooCommerce 5.6.0 and it is working fine.

    If you go into WooCommerce -> Settings and then click on the Thankyou Coupons tab. Do you have it enabled and configured correctly? If it isn’t generating a coupon the issue is likely somewhere in there.

    Shoot me through a screenshot if you want me to take a look at it.

    You’re right, I tested on an fresh WP – WC installation and it worked as expected, so the problem it’s gonna be a conflict with another plugin or my theme. I’m gonna go ahead an find the culprit.

    Since it’s gonna take me some time to do that and the plugin is definitely working I’m gonna mark the topic as resolved.
