How can I check the orphans are safe to delete?

    Hi,

    The plugin says ‘Options below seem to be orphan! However, please delete only those you are sure to be orphan!’. But, the plugin doesn’t say how to check which ones are actually orphans and safe to delete.

    How can I check the orphans identified by the plugin are actually orphans and are safe to delete?
