How can I close my account and Withdrawal?

    Hello, In your Terms and Conditions, you say that “I may terminate my membership and/or stop using the Service at any time. I may terminate using account settings on the Gourl.io website. ”
    However I didn’t find any option in your website for me to terminate my account.
    I think this information is wrong and should be edited.
    Furthermore, I have contacted you by your contact form and I did not get any reply, you do not even send a confirmation and it’s not easy to reach you.

    I think there is somthing wrong. I received just 0.008274 BTC from you but I have in my gourl account:
    – Payment Box – 4K Bitcoins 0.00597021 BTC
    – Payment Box – 8K Bitcoin 0.00507888 BTC
    and the Fee is: 0.00022600 BTC
    (0.00597021 + 0.00507888) – 0.008274 – 0.00022600 = ~ 0,00254909 I still have to receive it
