How can I configure collaborative albums?

    If you set the owner of the album to — public — on the Photo Albums -> Album admin -> Edit album information screen: Owned by: selection box, ( and enable front-end uploads, what you have done already ), every subscriber can upload to that album.

    You can avoid creation of albums for each user by unticking Table IX-D9: Grant an album
