How can I confirm the “Page Caching” is functioning on my site

    I have “WP-Optimize plugin” activated on my site.

    I saw a notice saying “WP-Optimize plugin detected”. Please disable it to use Hummingbird page caching functionality”

    However, I went ahead and enabled the page caching options but it seems not to be really enabled.

    So I want to confirm if the caching is actually enabled on the site.

    About the “WP-Optimize plugin”, I am not using their caching option. SO don’t you think I should be allowed to use the caching option of your plugin?

    I hope you are doing well.

    I can see your website receive a cache page from Hosting:

    It means, the Hummingbird will generate the cached version when a non-cached page is called, if the hosting is loading the cached page the plugin didn’t need to generate any cached version yet.

    However, this should be totally fine too.

    A simple test that you can take to confirm if the page is being cached:

    – Flush all caches on Hosting and Hummingbird,
    – You can disable the hosting cache if your hosting allows it
    – Access the website from any different browser and check if the number of the cached pages increased:

    – Enable the hosting cache back.

    But as long the WP-Optimize plugin is disabled you should be able to enable the Hummingbird caching.
