How can i copy my websites theme & plugins and intall it on a other url?

    I was wondering if it was possible to copy all my theme and plugin settings from my current website and intall just the settings on a new WordPress installation/url. Every time i make a new installation i have to manually click through every settings. That is very time consuming. Is it possible to that automatcly somehow? Excuse my bad English.
