  • Hello emfjsullivan,
Video Views Count option is available in pro version.

When you say “Pro version” do you mean either the Personal, Multisite or Developer version? I went to your website but don’t see a “Pro” version.

I went ahead and purchased the personal version under the assumption that’s what you meant. Now I have a .zip file and was wondering how to I “upgrade” my installation with the personal version and still keep my current video working?

    Thanks

    1) delete your free version
    2) install the zip file | Plugins > add new > upload plugin
    3) clean your cache files |ctrl+f5|
And all your files that you have created with the free version will remain.

Do I “delete your free version” by going to the dashboard, Plugins and then Deactivate and Delete the plugin? If so, doesn’t that drop any tables and data/configuration information in other tables in the database?

Or by delete, do you mean I go to my sites file manager, delete the directory, and then go to Dashboard, Plugins Add New?

Just try to make sure I understand the delete process and was it does.

    Thanks

    Hello emfjsullivan,
Go to Plugins, deactivate the free version and delete the plugin. And then install the zip file | Plugins > add new > upload plugin, clean your cache files |ctrl+f5|. All your files created in free version will remain.

I bought and installed the Personal version (thanks for the help) but there is no counter. How do I find the Pro version you mention for Video Player?

Dear user, it is set by default. You can see it under your videos in your backend. There is written “Views”. As you are a pro user, please contact with the support via this email: [email protected].
