How can I create galleries?

    I have lost the gallery functionality of a plugin I was using prior to 2.5. Now I want to use the built in gallery functions but I don’t know how to create a gallery.

    All my images are already uploaded, I just need to group them into a gallery so I can put them in a post.

    Thoughts?
