How can I create Multiple Page PDF

  • Hi , please how can i create multiple page pdf ?
    and is it possible to use an external PDF Template created with Adobe Acrobat DC
    and use the plugin to map form fields and use the template instead creating it from scratch?

    and how can i add pages in the same pdf file for the same Gravity form !
