How can I customize the Cart Abandonment email

Hi, do you mean the text of the email? When clicking on Follow-Up Emails you see all your templates. You can edit them there by clicking on “edit” ??

You can edit or change?the subject and the content of the email from there.

The header colors are not managed by the cart abandonment plugin, please check your WooCommerce > Settings > Emails to know if you have customized the header, footer, and text colors of your emails, please refer to this?screenshot.

Thanks for writing back.

As for the content that is shown in the email header such as the subject of the email, this can be directly changed from the email template in plugin settings. See this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/kuncoJ

Regarding the background color and text color, this setting is managed by WooCommerce and can be changed in the email setting for WooCommerce. I have created a reference screen recording to guide you: https://bsf.d.pr/v/pet35N
