how can i defer the image loading until i scrolled to the position of the iamge?

plugin works great, the only issue is that lighthouse speed performance optimization recommends to defer the image, basically until someone scrolls to that position only then load the image, i already use a plugin “Autooptimize” to do most of the performance heavy lifting but it does not include your image from the video in there, how could we do that?
