How can I desactivate mails?

Hi,
I have WordPress 4.1, BuddyPress 2.1.1 and bbPress 2.5.4.
I have installed “BuddyPress Forum Notifier”.I have three problems?
(1). How do I can disable the mails? I don’t want send mails. I only need notifications in horizontal tool bar.
(2). I try to disable the first box (Always notify on replies) but when I save changes the box is selected.
(3). when user post in a forum appear the follow page:
