    1,2,3 and 4 can be ahieved with CyberSEO Pro only. As about 5, just insert something like this into the “Post header” box:

    <a href="%link%">Source</a>

    But how do I access the “Post header” box?
    I want it for all sources.

    Unfortunately there is only a “Post footer” one in CyberSEO Lite.
