how can I do to edit the columns of my subscribers

    I have the “Users see and edit only own data” option enabled but I would like to know how I can edit the columns of my subscribers from my administration panel as I am the site administrator because whenever I try to edit it displays Error! User do not have permission to update data! and also if there is the option to allow my subscribers to edit only certain columns of the tables since I would like that some columns can only be filled by the administrator.
