How can I eliminate posts from the feed based on post meta value

I have an option where I mark posts not to be shown in archive pages so they are only accessible by direct shared link. This is stored as metadata.
How can I remove these posts from being published in the feed based on the meta field value.

This is the custom setting for the exclusion and the registered meta field

The same meta field is registered for multiple post types to achieve the same function, flag what not to show up in custom archive pages.
