How can I enable subscribers to create events on my events page.

Hello. I am new to WP. I am creating a site for our hunting club/ lake community. I am finding wordpress to be a perfect platform.
I would like logged in members to be able to add events to our calendar. Ideally, members (subscribers) would be able to fill out a form that I create with fields like: time, date, type of hunting(list), as well as a map where they can place a pin [not essential].
The goal is for users to be able to claim a hunting location for a given day, and allow others to see the event so nobody is stepping on someone else.
Currently, I can create events via the plugin settings in the wp admin dashboard.
Is there a way to receive information from user inputted form fields and use that info to create an event?
Can this be achieved by someone with limited programming experience? Say, a plugin or combination of plugins?
