This plugin uses a description field on each product line when you create a quote, and this description field is displayed in the shopping cart and checkout page, but not in the order view or in the order confirmation email. This is pretty bad as this is the field we use to describe the custom changes for the customer.
So I am wondering if there is some way I can figure out what the hook is for this field so that I can somehow have this added to the email template for the order confirmation at least?
I really hope someone can help me figure out how to find the hook for that field as I have been trying to get a response from the developer of this plugin for over a month now with zero response ??
