How can I force the mapped domain to use the www version?

    Map the domains with the www instead of without then add the rules back to your .htaccess.

    I tried that first but it ended up in a loop. So I created two entries: one with the www (set as primary domain) and one without www and it did the trick.

    I don’t know if is it the right way to do it but it did work.
