How can I generate more traffic to my blog?

  • I’ve had my blog https://www.michaelcorner.com launched for about a month now. To help generate traffic I’ve included a social bookmark plugin, a “follow me on twitter” graphic, and the All-in-one SEO. Yet my traffic still only averages around 20 hits a day. Would some of you Pros take a look at my blog, and perhaps share any expert advice on how to grow traffic to my blog? I know there is alot of stuff out there if I Google this question, but I thought I’d start with my fellow WordPress friends first. What has worked best for you?

I may be a big fish in the process world, but just a minnow in the blogging ocean right now. And thanks to kmsceo for commenting on my blog (I returned the favor).     I will tell you that SEO is the most important part of marketing because a lot of your hits will be from Search Engines, but do not forget that content alone will not get you high in Search Engines. It is the backlinks that build authority.

    to drive more traffics to your website you need to do SEO, SEO OnPage and SEO OffPage. I have to do it in my blog redyme.com I have finished with SEO OnPage but SEO off page still processing “Backlink Builder” like from social bookmark websites or link from website that have high google PR. for SEO OnPage you can see my blog. Views the source code. other always update your content.

    Actually I did a little more research into the Blog vernacular. I now know what scmedan is talking about with respect to SEO OnPage and OffPage. Thanks again, scmedan, for your advice.
