How can I get rid of colored bar under Main Menu

    Hello,

    I wonder how can I get rid of the colored bar (going from black into whitm, then fading into black again) under Main Menu? It seems to be .gif or .jpg, but I cannot remember putting it there. Neither can I find a coloring box or any menu in “customize” where something of a “fade to color xy..” is displayed. This is the site:
