How can I group, sort, and allow searches by ratings?

I run a ramen blog where I give different kinds of instant ramen and restaurants a number rating from 1 to 10 (including some half-point ratings, if that makes any difference).

e.g. I’d like to make it so people can search by rating by category (e.g. all instant ramen rated above 7 or all ramen restaurants below 3, etc).

Is there a way or a plugin to allow for me to make the number part of the meta info for each article and then to allow people to search and sort by them? I know there are plugins that allow the readers to rate postings, but I’m looking for a way to organize the ratings *I* give to my posts, so to speak.
