How can I have my site preview pull only one image instead of multiple images?

Go to “SEO Settings > Social Meta Settings > General > Social Image Settings”, and uncheck “Output multiple Open Graph image tags?”. That should do the trick ?? Be sure to clear your website’s caches after changing the option.

It might take some time for Facebook to update its post-sharing cache, however. You can invalidate that here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/.
“Enter URL > Debug > Scrape Again.”
