how can i have the new themes?

  • ok so i’m using the old themes, cause i have no idea how to use the new ones
    i downloaded the new version of wordpress, but people told me that was only for the ones with domains or something like that
    anyway, they said that installing was not for me, so i figured there might be another way to have the new themes?

    at least tell me how to install a theme i downloaded?
