how can i hide the slide on desktop?

I have a slider with six slides slide-1,slide-2,slide-3,slide-4,slide-5,slide-6.

i have to show slide-1,slide-2,slide-3 on desktop and slide-4,slide-5,slide-6 on the mobile and tablet.

There is a option to hide slide on mobile but there is no option to hide the slides on the desktop. I have tried to set display none of the slides and tried to remove the slides by jquery but it is not working.
How can i hide the slides on the desktop?
Please Help.
