How can I include a google map widget, & a ebook downnload widget?

Hello,

I need to include a google map displaying the location of a place in a widget. I also need to display an image that downloads an ebook when clicked.

Has anyone found any useful tutorials for building a google map widget?

I am using numerous plugins on my site, & am concerned about using anymore. So think I should build the google map widget from scratch, if I can find an adequate tutorial.

Can anyone recommend a solution for the google map & ebook download?

I’m using plugins for the following at present:

– image widget
– a slider plugin
– event plugin to take bookings
– social media one
– google calendar
